SFW Coaches

Kellie Walters, PhD

ACSM-CPT, ACE Health Coach
Kellie has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and LOVES helping her clients reach their goals (which can be anything from running their first 5K to learning to love and appreciate their bodies). As an Assistant Professor, she studies the relationship between physical and emotional health in girls and womxn, which really helps her connect and understand her clients. From her research and coaching experience, Kellie knows that her clients are experts in their own lives and utilizes their expertise to guide them towards a healthier, happier version of themselves. A native Californian, Kellie loves good weather, healthy foods, and an active lifestyle. Some of Kellie’s favorite activities include running, teaching cycle classes, pumping iron, and spending time with her hubby and two pups.

Brittni Paris, M.S.

ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified Wellcoach
Brittni longs to see women have the energy and confidence to live out their full potential, and wellness coaching is the avenue to help you do just that! Through her coaching process, you'll get off the path of shame and failure, and start pursuing life-giving health goals that help you reach your personal picture of health. Brittni's background in Psychology (B.A.) and Health & Exercise Science (M.S.) blend behavior change and motivation with practical tools to get you up and moving. She can't wait to start helping you see the strong, capable woman that's inside waiting to come out!

Chrissy Chard, PhD

ACSM Wellness Coach
Even though Chrissy is no longer coaching (she’s busy running a non-profit, raising a family, and making a name for herself at CSU), she will forever be a Smart Fit Womxn. Chrissy is a faculty member with the Colorado School of Public Health. Her research focuses on physical activity in children and health behavior change. Originally from Denver, she has many years of experience in both personal training as well as health/wellness coaching. She loves living an active lifestyle, always learning about the newest ways to challenge her body and mind. She values her close network of family and friends, and loves spending time with them.
